My most recent stay was in a studio and it had a kitchenette

Everything you could possibly need is a short drive up Walsingham Rd. Within short walking distance, there is a CVS pharmacy, beach store, candy shop and several restaurants and bars, and a public access way to the beach. The location is ideal!

No. You must pay extra. There is a small pool for guests though.

Very close - about three blocks. Probably a 5 minute walk to the public beach access. There is also some parking at the beach access if you need to drive.

Yes, there is both boat rental & fishing available nearby. Fun for all!

I agree. Don't remember seeing any pets during our visit but they were very accomodating. Can't hurt to ask!
